Raptors had no answers defensively

The Toronto Raptors had no answer on defence for the Warriors tonight. The warriors kept the ball moving from side to side and got what they wanted all game. Toronto Raptors failed to defend their home court against the Golden State Warriors.

This is the longest losing streak the Raptors have had since dropping seven games in a row during the 2020-21 season. The Raptors are still trying to figure out their identity this season. They don't know who they are, and they're playing really bad defence; something they usually hold themselves accountable for. It's just frustrating because they are better than this. This team has shown flashes of being good, but they haven't put it together yet. The fans are growing restless, as tonight's game showed a distinct lack of effort.

Toronto doesn't seem to know how to play basketball anymore. They're missing shots from everywhere. Their offence looks disjointed. They're turning the ball over too much. They're not making plays when they should be.

Pascal and Fred were the bright spots for the Raptors tonight

Pascal Siakam led the charge for the Raptors with 27 point, while Fred VanVliet finished with 22. Vanvleet was coming off two consecutive 39-point games. Siakam had his best game since returning from injury, scoring 27 points on 9-of-20 shooting. He added five rebounds, six assists, and only one turnover. Raptors need more. We need it now!

Raptors need more from their bench.

The Raptors need more production from their bench. They have been playing with a small rotation, and it's not working. Toronto is currently missing OG, Otto, and Precious but they need to find a way to get production from their bench. The Raptors have been relying on the same players every night, and it's not working.
